How we work

Our work process has been perfected over the years and allows us to manage your project from start to finish.

Discovery

Our first step will be to meet you face to face or on a video conference call. During this initial meeting we will discuss the requirements for your project and review your existing website if you are looking to rebuild. Based on that understanding we’ll then assign the right people to the build team. The last step of the discovery stage will be to provide a sitemap and some wireframes which will finalise our understanding of the website functionality and content.

Design

In most cases we will work with a specialised graphic designer who will develop your branding. This includes logos, typography, colour and choice of imagery for your website. Once an overall brand theme has been decided, we’ll then provide some visual designs of the website layout based on the wireframes provided.

Development

Once the overall look and feel has been decided we will then develop a fully functioning WordPress website on a staging environment. This will include development of the website theme, configuring WordPress plugins and any third-party integrations. During this stage we can also assist with content writing, content entry and data import if required.

Deployment & Training

When the development has been completed the content will then be optimised according to best practices ready for Google. We will provide a handover session which will include WordPress user training so that all of your staff are able to administer the website if required. When everything is ready we’ll then oversee the deployment to the live server for launch.

Support & Maintenance

We hope you will want to build a relationship with us that will last years. We recommend an ongoing support contract with us, this will allow us to keep your website software up to date and secure. In addition, we can then regularly review your website and advise on ongoing improvements to ensure your website continues to be a success
